Hello Klean Shower Head

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased the Hello Klean showerhead 2.0 with the new Klean shield filter, as advertised. It arrived in a very timely manner. However the one I received did not include klean shield and I have now been disputing this with customer services for almost 2 weeks as they are refusing to provide me with a straight answer about why I received a showerhead with the legacy filter instead. Their responses have been beyond unhelpful and very space. Infact they haven't responded to me almost a week since my last email requesting a direct answer for my direct question. Can't speak for the product but cannot recommend a company that does not provide the products as advertised and don't take their customer queries seriously.
