Quick turnaround in getting delivered. There is no foul taste like you can get with some vitamins and they are easy to swallow. I wouldn't recommend taking 6 at once, i tried that and had indigestion. I advice to split them across separate meals, since I have done this i haven't experienced any indigestion.
