Nice and easy. Just a bit mild. Will mix some bold with it next time.

Classic Flavor

Seasoning blend is a good basic flavor for a classic meat stick. My only comment would be on how tightly packed the casing was making it difficult to stuff without having to constantly pull out a small section to stuff.

These are the best collagen casings I have ever used. Definitely softer then other brands I have used. The flavor profile of the original flavoring was great!
