Great product!

Ordered this with the natural cure summer sausage packet and high temp cheese. Together they were awesome and the summer sausage came out great! Will be doing it again!

Good stuff

Added to my first try at making summer sausage (used bearded butcher kit!) and it came out excellent. Great jalapeno flavor when added in the ratio they recommend, add more for spice enthusiasts.
