Best seafood arguably anywhere!

So this is only my second Seatopia box, but it has solidified me as a customer for life. After going through my first variety box, I thought there was no way the extremely high quality and freshness could be consistent with every order. I'm glad that I was very wrong about that. So far, I think this second box has been even better than the first. Even as a midnight snack, two of the Open Blue Cobia fillets by themselves, simply pan fried with salt and pepper were phenomenal. The Cobia also work great with a tempura batter as well. The Barramundi are great for searing as the skin gets to an unbelievable crispiness. My mind is going in so many directions with how I want to prepare everything. I think using such high quality fish is spawning more creativity within my brain. To say the least, I am very excited to try the remaining items in the box, and to prepare the ones I've already tried in different ways. To anyone considering trying Seatopia, there is no need to hesitate. I guarantee you will not find seafood this fresh and at this price point anywhere else right now. It's worth it all the way!

Excellent Fish

This is my fourth order from Seatopia and I am thoroughly happy with the quality of the fish. We pan fry with a little olive oil and it consistently tastes better that restaurants! That fact that it's extremely mercury free was the original reason for going with them.
