Duroc Pork Uncured Fresh Ham

Their customer service was lovely, and their product was amazing. I cured and smoked it and the group for which I made the dish seemed to enjoy it. It's easy to create quality meals when the main component is exceptional, and the uncured, fresh ham I purchased here was precisely that. I loved the handwritten note, and I appreciated the email requesting feedback. To me, it's a sign of confidence that 1) a product is good and 2) a business or person desires to get better and better. Thank you for the product, but thank you for your customer service and kindness.
