Love it. Attach it to a 40lb kettlebell and it works better than any other I have tried.

Was very sceptical how this kind of rope would compare to traditional battle ropes, but having used it for a bit, I can say it's a phenomenal bit of kit. You do have to alter your technique to account for the unwieldy kick back you get, but that's all part of the fun. There is more of a learning curve to getting those aesthetically good waves, something I'm still very much learning to do. Overall a great workout to burn out the upper body, works great with the Qrope trainer

Hi I believe that my rope is 25 ft. - it is 20 Lbs with box - very long I measured 12 ft each side. I ordered 20 foot rope - paperwork says 20 ft. My old rope is shorter - 20 ft. Anyway, Hyper Rope - I like it very much - weight * fluid * smooth. Type of nylon rope is good - I don’t like 3 rope common it bubbles. I modified handles ( Heat Shrink ). Expensive product - but worth it
