OK This is the ONLY protein I use! it is delicious and really clean!!! It's hard to find that combo!!! I usually do the vanilla and add frozen blueberries, some CollaGen, phospholipid plus colostrum, and a little local honey, and it gets my day started with a great healthy protein load!!!
