Great recovery aid

Love this magnesium!! I have noticed a massive difference in my recovery between runs. Not sure if it helps the sleep issue but all round it’s great! Won’t be without it now 😊

Think they help

As a dreadfully poor sleeper (work shifts) I actually think they have made a difference. I usually take Mg , but first time take veloforte and I do think the change has been more consistent than previous Definitely worth a try for someone with aches or poor sleep

This is a great product that I am benefiting from daily. The combination of magnesium and ginger root is really good. What made a real difference for me was the well laid out and clearly written follow-up email, describing what to expect from the product. 10/10
