Excellent ergonomics and luxe feel

I couldn’t be happier with this chair. It is the most comfortable seating I have ever experienced. I don’t feel physically drained after working for 6 to 10 hours at the desktop. I had no idea what to expect as I have never purchased a desk chair like this before from just reading reviews and website description—all I can say is it is exactly as described and exactly how it appears in the photos. Very happy!

It’s fine

It seems like a nice chair but I still don’t love it or hate it. It would have been nice to return or exchange it for something different but with a shipping and restocking fee it’s not worth it. So I’ll just keep it and learn to like it I guess. C’est la vie

Chair is great but sent used parts

Chair is great and easy to install. But one part, the hydraulics that lifts and lower the chair, came in a different box and was dusty and with handle pre-installed. I had to clean it before I installed it. For the amount of money I paid for a brand new chair, I wasn't expecting used parts.
