Excellent butcher knife! The knife feels good in the hand and has great balance for a 10” blade & handle. The oversized head of the blade (bullnose) carry’s the force of the cutting/slicing action through the thickest of meat with ease. I have used this knife a half dozen times since getting it and it seems just as sharp as when used the first time. I am very happy with this acquisition.
