Caputo 00 gnocchi pasta flour rocks!

The Caputo 00 gnocchi and pasta flour arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in great shape. I have used it for gnocchi, spaghetti, and fettuccine so far, and they have all been wonderful, and pillowy!

Best pasta flour ever!

I was so very glad to find this flour available through BrickOvenBaker! This flour is milled (not chemically processed) from soft white wheat, and it is not enriched! Nothing but wheat flour! A fantastic & healthy find!
