Have not been taking them for very long, so can't say yet, but they are easy to take and I will comment further when ii see a difference.

They taste good, but I am trying to manage my blood sugar and would like to know the sugar/carb content. Suger is listed as the first ingredient so this means there is more sugar than anything else!

Absolutely love these! Im seeing a real difference in my hair and there is not a lot of shedding anymore! I will happily have these until the end of time. Taste lovely too.
