Collagen Capsules by Team RH

Well i have been using tbis now for 2 months. I bought it to see if it would help with my nail growth and strength. Its taken a bit of a while but this past week my nails are now showing definite improvement. My husband says my skin is also glowing and ive noticed my hair getting thicker. I have a subscription now !

The best collagen I have had. All others make me sick but not Team RH collagen. Will review again in a couple of months as I'm hoping that my nails will be better by then.

I like the capsules better than powder because it’s simpler to take. Early days, but appears kinder to my tummy.
