They seem to work. My hair is thicker and my skin seems nicer. But if one is on subscription its very difficult to find where to manage that subscription. I need to skip a month but have been on the app amd in the Shop to no avail.

It's so easy to order, the delivery was swift, tge price is very good! The capsules are rasy to swallow with a glass of water. It's a little early to say that I can see the results but I am expecting to nice in the next few days! Although, hang on, my nails do feels stronger today. One week in!
