I Wanted to Love These, but Not Yet
I ordered this because my surgeon suggested goggles after some complicated surgery I had on both eyes, upper and lower lids. It sounded like a good idea because there was concern about dry eye, cornea damage, etc., but initially, with a shield on, the discomfort was too much (plus I still had surgical pain) and now that things have settled a bit, I still feel using the goggles make my eyes more swollen in the morning than just using a regular eye mask. My swelling isn't supposed to clear for six months after surgery, so I'm looking at December, so I'm not ready to throw in the towel (or throw out the goggles) just yet, but for now, it's not working for me.

First, the places in the mask for your eyes are too wide. Did you only test on men? Luckily, I was able to squish and clip the mask so that it fit my eye sockets. Second, I use a CPAP with a pillow mask. I would awake in the middle of the night with the sleep mask pushed up into the middle of my eyes. I'm not sure why that keep happening. I tried various positions between the 2 masks and nothing seemed to work. Since it was really only my left eye that needed hydration at night, I experimented by putting the blue plastic thing into an eye patch. Basically, the same thing happened. If you have any suggestions on how to keep the mask in place with my CPAP mask, I would be glad to hear them. Thank you.

I guess I’m still getting used to it. As a side sleeper I find it very hard to wear. It moves a lot, and I want to strap to have some stretch to it. I’m finding it hard to Velcro it at the appropriate give so it doesn’t cause pressure. Over all I probably wouldn’t recommend it just yet, it needs a few improvements.
