Moist eye mask
Customer service easy to contact, response is timely. Representaives stand behind the product, offering solutions when needed. The moist eye mask works for me, helps with severe dry eye. Will follow Blinkjoy and reach out for assist without hesitation

Love the way it does not rest on the eyes.
Hate that I can only spot wash it, (which is like not being able to clean it very good).
Wish I could heat it without having to remove and replace the eye cups every time, otherwise product is very nice.

Much better than cheap ones
I've used plenty of CVS brand microwave masks in the past and finding this to be a far better alternative. The construction of this is much more premium and comfortable for regular use. Highly recommend.
