A great product does exactly what I need it to do. Just needs instructions on how to open covered to pull battery activation insulator. Also needs to explain that one has to push audio plug of sensor into black seal which appears solid, but has a thin penetrable surface.

pros: works with ZHA and Sonoff coordinator dongle cons: bulky and pricey (discovered that Ikea ones are better)
