AIR-1 Air Quality Sensor

Great addition to your smart home.

Great devices with a few points of feedback: 1) I wish we had a dedicated device for the outdoors. I am actually using it to outside, we will see how it will hold up. I installed on a patio, so it is not under the elements. 2) The plastic case quality could be better. I broke mine when mounting just by holding too tight. Reprint it with PLA tough+, now it is much stronger. The finish is much smoother as well compared to the stock. 3) There is no mount for the device. Luckily I was able to find some online and adopt it. 4) I did not like the fact you need to offset the temperature. How I suppose to calibrate it?

Brandon was the absolute GOAT. After a backup of my Home Assistant, I couldn't connect the Air-1 Sensors again. Brandon guided me through that until it finally worked. On top of that, I had a really friendly conversation and got some tips. If I need any other sensors, I'll look at Apollo first.

The easiest integration with Home Assistant I have done. If you need to adjust the temperature or humidity measurements it's super easy. All of their documentation is top notch and easy to follow.
