I bought 2 MMWave sensors and the air quality sensor. They are extremely well made, and super easy to connect to Home Assistant. I have had them just about one week and totally solid with zero issues or disconnects. Highly recommend!

Love having this data at my hands

This has helped me identify that we need more ventilation when we sleep and doing so has improved my sleep quality. I also love that I can easily set it up with home assistant and use AI (normal off the shelf harnesses) to make sure I have good graphs/automation/etc.

Excellent PM accuracy

I got a pair of these to localize the spot in the wall through which odors enter our apartment from the neighbors. I was able to connect these to Home Assistant with zero hassle, the PM accuracy was stellar. When I needed to update the sampling frequency to 1Hz (10Hz by default) Codex was able to do it for me in a few minutes. Then I was able to make a dashboard that help me find the leak due to excellent sensitivity of the PM sensors as well as the consistency. WiFi connection seemed to have been stable at ~5 meters. Temperatures are within ~2F differnce (I think this can be adjusted manually, but I didn't get to it). The barometer is shockingly consistent between the two. The only quirk is the VOC readings. The proprietary algorithm on the SEN55 sensor is doing weird things and is not very consistent.
