Good devices, poor documentation

I have the devices working as I want now, but the accompanying documentation and web search results were poor. The reset button is inside, with no instructions to open the device to find it. And inside, you find space for two AAA batteries, with the only reference in the documentation saying do not use for power. They are working without batteries so I presume they are for backup only, but again, no documentation. And a little bulky, so it took some ingenuity to try to find a relatively discreet way of finding them. Overall, I'm happy, but it could be better.

Very sensitive to human presence. Adjustable and seems to be solid and so far reliable. Happy with purchase.

Expensive and one failed straight up

I got 3 units, two worked fine the other failed straight out of the box. They want me to pay to return it. Joke of a returns policy
