Being completely objective, I would say the chair itself is great: smooth gliding wheels, comfortable sit and 4 way adjustment but there are some key features missing that I really wish they fixed as I almost returned it. 1. The footrest collides with the 5* wheelbase on the chair and since the chair wheels are so smooth, it rolls back and I'm constantly fighting to get closer to the table with my feet planted. 2. The arm rests do not adjust outward which would be quite helpful at times I dont want arm rests in the way or my cat hops up etc. 3. There is no headrest which is okay but I like to rest my head back personally. Overall, very sturdy, good build quality, very comfortable and forces a correct posture. Love it but for the price, I would personally wait for a few more feature improvements before buying.
