COMPLEMENT® Organic Plant-Based Protein - Unflavored

Daily grind

As a woman over 60 and with oesteopina on the horizon, I wanted to find a way to increase my daily protein intake (in addition to strength training). A friend suggested adding protein powder to my daily cup of coffee. I’m so glad to find this (unflavored) plant based protein powder. I’ve only had it for 10 days, I’ve used it daily in my coffee and used it in a batch of oatmeal cookies.

It’s been a few weeks and I like that this powder is plant based, minimal ingredients packing a good 20g protein in each serving. I use it in my morning shake and whenever I want a little more added protein. I’m impressed with it, so far. I’ll report back after using it for 30 days.
