I had been a fan of a different natural sleep aid for a few years, but it didn’t seem as if it was working as well. A friend suggested Unwind. I was actually shocked at how well it works! I’m usually asleep (according to my Fitbit) within 5-15 minutes!! As long as it keeps working, I’ll keep ordering it.
