These vitamins are awesome my teens love them. I just wish they were more affordable very expensive especially when you have to take two of each and you have more than one child, they go fast. Please lower the prices

Hopeful that time will show improvement

Too soon to see any difference, it’s only been two weeks. Shipping was slow, it took the whole 8 days to get here in TN. My gripe is the taste. I read countless reviews outside of this website, on Amazon and Reddit and the parents raves about the taste. The TEEN once’s smell horrible and my son who is NOT picky hates taking them. He’s never had an issue with taking vitamins but he says these taste like they smell, and them smell like hot plastic. There’s no flavor mentioned on the actual container so I don’t know without looking at the description what they are supposed to be flavored as. I really wanted these to work but I can’t make him keep eating them if the next batch from the bag is the same. Especially if I see no difference in him.

I am an ex-pro athlete, far removed now, and a single father to 2 teenage young men. Fitness is part of my lifestyle. Nutrition goes hand in hand. My sons, unfortunately, not so much. They will rarely eat a vegetable or fruit. Both are aspiring soccer players. Both have been showing a lack of mental clarity and energy, issues with not sleeping enough or sleeping in way too much, and an overall lack of drive to be active. After both consistently starting a First Day routine have seen noticeable differences and I am purchasing more after I leave this review.
