Amazing

They are perfect in all ways but one they are a bit on the heavier side, similar to a carbon steel pan so not quite cast iron weight. With that in mind they are phenomenal pans. Sturdy, Ey catching and they cook like a dream. Heat evenly and keep heat very well. Nonstick is rough to the touch but works amazingly.
