Cookies are really special. The video stated “free shipping on EVERY order-we are losing money so hurry because we wont be doing this long ” and so i purchased and then noticed I was charged shipping charges. Disappointed as i would have added more cookies to avoid lost money on shipping. You cant say free shipping on every order if its only on qualifying otders. Removed a start on my rating for the false advertising.

Havent tasted any yet, however, i am happy to report they arrived in one piece, after reading more than a few reviews to the contrary, i was a bit concerned.

Great communication but not sure I will order again.

I have loved Minnie Bradley’s tuilles for years and was happy to find out they were back in production. My order came quickly and communication is excellent. Packaging is about the same - numerous cookies arrived broken. (About 20%) They are VERY oily which was disappointing. I understand packaging must be difficult with the delicate cookies, but I really don’t like the greasiness.
