I love this thing!!!! My dumbells only go up to 45 lbs so I needed something to allow me to go heavier without having to spend a ton of money on additional weights. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to increase weight in a financially effective way!!

Awesome
I am unable to do free bar squats due to upper spine issue. This little gadget is fully in the rotation for squats and rdls. I have substituted this for dumbbell squats as I can do more weight more easily. It's lightweight and easy to transport in my gym bag.
