I'm glad I got the whole set, but I can already tell the level 2s are going to be my most often used! Really high quality bands.

These bands are very good. They have more stretch than other brands of wide bands that I’ve used before, so you can get more range of motion out of the moves. They don’t have that firm end point on the stretch.
