Gen 2 B-hyve Smart Hose Watering Timer Bundle w/Hub and Y Hose Splitter 21206

Customer service is abysmal.

I contacted customer service to inquire about flow meter capabilities for my B-hyve XD 4-Outlet Bluetooth Hose Faucet Sprinkler Timer | 24634. It was not clear from the documentation and I was asking for clarification about the capabilities of that product, and/or what I needed to do to get those capabilities. They suggested setting up a camera to tell me if the irrigation was working instead of directing me towards the right product that would. Had to figure it out on my own.

Our B-hyve XD Smart Hose Timer failed after two seasons. We replaced it with the Gen 2 B-hyve Smart Hose Watering Timer Bundle. While the system functions, the timer connectivity with the hub is tenuous as the connection frequently fails. The signal is very strong. The connection for the previous timer was flawless. I appreciate the concept of the wi-fi controlled timers, I just wish the Gen 2 system was as reliable as the older timer.
