Complete Yard Watering Kit 58911

I bought the orbit 4 port water timer with a 6 year warranty which was written with a bold letter on the box. Just 3 years into its life it stop working. I called the customer the customer service and with a great surprise they agreed to send me the new one. First time the conversation with its representative they told me they didn’t have the same model but replaced with another model which has 4 valves. I went on their website and followed their instructions with the claim number. But it didn’t go through. I called again and rep did the correction and finally they sent me new one but only with two valves. means only 2 ports I can use other 2 can’t. I wonder why I have to buy two valves separately while they replacing the 4 ports timer. I hope the company will look into this matter and met their warranty guidelines.

I purchased this to replace the original system that I have used for years. I love it! It makes watering my garden easier and ensures that my plants get consistent water. When I had an issue with the first controller I received, Orbit customer service was fantastic and had me back up and running in no time.
