It took a while to find the right spot for the hub since the signal from the timers are going through various obstructions including a cement block foundation. The first couple of spots it worked for a little while then lost the signal to the timers. It was getting frustrating and I was thinking there was something wrong with one or the other component until I came up with the solution. If you find the signal dropping off move the hub closer or elevate it to go through less obstructions if you can, I wound up doing the latter.

Is it worth it ???

I never knew that the timer l bought was Bluetooth and once I found out and connected to it l found that working the timer with the app was easier than using the timer manually. I ended up converting from using garden hose to doing a in ground system with the timer that is WiFi. After a while I started doing another part of my property and figured I would use the timerthat I used garden hose for to do this part of my new property. I noticed on the app there’s a hub for WiFi and so I bought it. It worked great for a while but now has started disconnecting from my router.

Loving it so far. I like it it goes into rain delay basses on local weather conditions so I don’t have to go make changes every time it rains. For now I’m just using basic programming but I plan on using the the advanced once my soil test comes back.
