Gen 2 B-hyve Smart Hose Watering Timer with Gen 2 Hub 21204

Solid quality product and outstanding support!

Solid quality product, very user friendly mobile application, great customer service, and excellent technical support. I would buy the Gen 2 B-hype SmartLife hose timer gen 2 hub again. I would like to recognize Chris from the technical support team for providing outstanding support!

Gen 1 hose timers replaced with Gen 2.

These are replacements (hose timer and the hub) for Gen 1 equipment. 4 of 6 of my Gen 1 hose timers failed in that the internal valve did not close and the water continued to flow. The new timers appear to be a bit more sophisticated and that is a good thing. I am notified when I manually activate a hose timer and all 5 of the new timers I purchased are operating correctly, as far as I can tell. I like the improvements.

Setup was easy. Works great either manually or on a schedule. The water predictor isn't great. If it sees rain in the forecast it will delay watering, but most of the time there's not enough rain if any at all.
