Easy to use, quiet, nice consistent grind

Its very cliche to hear people say a good grinder makes all the difference. Wow. A couple of hours with the DF54 and i totally get it now. The results are night and day, and its not like im upgrading from a blade grinder. I love the weight and feel of the machine. Its heavy, and solid, and feels like it could handle the job before you even turn it on. It’s relatively quiet and the grinds are incredibly uniform. The bellows make for near zero retention. I love it and will cherish it. Ive only done espresso so far and there is a huge difference in flavors and mouth feel. The results are extremely high end.
