This batch was not up to the standard I expected, but I want to give credit to Pilot’s customer service. They were responsive, professional, and very helpful in addressing the issue. They also re-sent my order, which I really appreciated. Because of how well they handled the situation, I’m still leaving a 5-star review for their service.

Nice and smooth tastes great

My husband who has no preference on coffee at all, said what did you do to the coffee this morning. It’s different, and it tastes so good! That was the morning I used the Pilot Heritage blend.
