I had a professional compressor based machine via insurance for 4 weeks post Rotator Cuff surgery. I knew ice therapy was key to my successful recovery and found Supply PT via search. I decided on the Shoulder kit which includes a great cooler bag made of sturdy material. The kit also includes the freezer water sacks. You really need the Omni water sacks (pouches), they are a perfect fit and expand so they don’t rupture in the freezer. In my case I had a problem with my hose and a replacement was shipped the same day. Customer service 5/5 and product 5/5. It’s way quieter than that pro compressor model too. Price and value intersect on this one!

Good looking and room for accessories.

It's a decent bag, but i was expecting something more specialized or at least with insert walls that would separate and keep the main cooler in place. the strap that goes across the middle is OK but just would have expected better.
