Well made Nakiri

This is both pleasing to the eye and enjoyable to use. Initially, Cutting veggies is great on anything from peppers to butternut squash. It just slides right through the hard flesh so easily, that it just doesn’t feel right!! Very pleased with the knife and would not hesitate to buy more if this knife brand.
