Perfection
Every day is better with this herbal blend. It manages to be both soothing and uplifting. I like it hot or iced, I sometimes make a pot with a very mild green tea. Highly recommend.

A refreshing tea...
This tea is very drinkable anytime of the day or night, hot or cool. I love it's minty sweetness with the background floral notes.

Great Relaxer
The mint is quite strong so you don't need much. I put a teaspoon with a tablespoon of chamomile tea in the evening and it is quite relaxing and a good sleep aid.
