Illegal when riding faster than 30mph on the road, illegal when riding faster than 15mph on sidewalks (or completely illegal in some cities) and Apollo does NOT provide an MCO if you even wanted to register it as a standup motorcycle to ride it on the road. Also, you can barely make it 15 miles at 40mph, so useless to commute anywhere over than inner city.
