Battery life did not last as advertised

Amazing quality, very zipp. Day 2 no issues made commuting in the city a lot nicer, hopefully lasts with time. By the looks of their site looks like plenty of support/ parts if I ever need. Did some research found out BeastMode and sport mode are different, sport more torque beastmode more speed. For beastmode have to turn on hit power 5 times see 13 hit throttle change 1 to a 2 then power 5 times to lock in and stays that way after you power down.
