Natural Prime Boneless Half Striploin

Creekstone steaks are simply the best and this gives you a way to be able to cut your own NY strips. Which is pretty awesome, tho I do wish there was a way to get this fresh (full, non-frozen striploin used to be sold). When this first arrives it may look very flat, which I think is just due to the vaccuum-seal and freeze method of storage. Once it thaws in the bag, I’d recommend opening it up and trussing it for a day to regain shape before cutting into steaks.

It looked great when I cut it into thick steaks we will be having them for Sunday dinner.
