The cost is better than at Amazon, Dadant or Mann Lake. I read about orders with other companies the container arriving busted open. I contacted customer service prior to ordering and they assured me amends would be made. I still added the extra $3 for secure shipping. It came in fine shape and I used it already it was easy to apply. The syringe had no problem in accepting the OA. Very simple to use. 51 ml which is easily seen on the syringe, apply it to the accompanying pad, and done. I'm leaving the pads in there for the second application. Unless the bees "eat" it.
