Chocolate Variety Pack

My kids love these Amrita bars. We have purchased them for a few months now. Unfortunately, they do not respond to emails. I received an order confirmation for my subscription and when I attempted to edit the order using the link in the email it did not work. I then sent two separate emails, to two different email addresses, about 45 minutes after the order confirmation asking them to hold my order so that I could make changes. My kids wanted to try something different. I have 3 boxes coming each month for $80/month, so not inexpensive. I received zero response from the company. Two days later I received an email letting me know my order was shipping out and still no response from anyone at Amrita. My bars arrived yesterday, so roughly one week from the initial order confirmation and I have yet to receive a response from the company. Overall, the bars are great, but I can’t help but think that Amrita knows they are catering to a captive audience with special dietary needs, and customer service isn’t a top priority despite the repeated boilerplate emails asking for feedback on your order. It would be helpful to get a reminder that your subscription will be fulfilled in the near future so that you can make changes before your order ships out.

Finally, a nut-free bar that my son likes! My son is allergic to all nuts and I have spent so much money trying nut-free bars, none of which he has liked. Finally, we found these! We bought the chocolate multi-pack and the variety multi-pack and he has liked every flavor he has tried. (bonus, I like them all too!) Highly recommend these if you’ve been on the hunt for nut-free protein bars. Super yummy!!

Great option for my nut allergy daughter. Protein bars are very good and shipping was very fast! So happy we have a new option to order.
