I discovered these through my mom. She went on vacation recently and got one of these bars on the plane, or at the hotel, or maybe on the cruise ship, I'm not sure. She can't quite remember.
Anyway, she doesn't really like healthier stuff like this so she gave it to me. I ate it a few days later, even though to be honest, I'm not usually a giant fan of seed-heavy foods.
I was so impressed with the flavor! The bar was soft and chewy, and the chocolate tastes great - not fake, or old, or dried out like chocolate chunks can sometimes be in bars. I got the hints of sea salt, and really enjoyed the flavor of the pumpkin seeds next to the chocolate.
I am hooked! I love that they're a healthy option for my snack cravings and that they're high in fiber and iron. I am a new loyal customer. Thank you to the 88 Acres team for such a fantastic snack!

Hi! I’ve been eating 2 ( at least) of your double dark chocolate bars daily for almost a year.
I reached out to you a few months ago, as some of the bars in each box were very hard. You were gracious and sent me a box of your dark chocolate sea salt bars as you said you were discontinuing the double ones. Sooooo I can’t seem to like the new ones as much. I eat one a day, but I’m nowhere near as excited with them as your older recipe. I’ll continuing buying whatever stock there is of the double dark chocolate on Amazon.
So…. In a nutshell( pun intended) older version is way better!
Good luck with everything! Shari Taub

I really like the bars. However, I also really liked the dark chocolate bars that you discontinued. Now, I have to order them from Amazon.
