After viewing the online gut health series. I was able to land on IBS with dairy and gluten intolerance as the major factors in my chronic and debilitating issues. After making some simple dietary changes and following the amazing Gut Reset Protocol, I'm feeling normal and healthy for the first time in decades. Totally worth the money and time. I am grateful!

I'm sorry, I tried doing the suggested protocol and some of the ingredients did not agree with my system. I have a history of being sensitive to some supplements. I loved all the information in your courses on the MIcrobiome and especially the food suggestions. smoothies, etc. I have been on a mostly plant based diet since January, trying to get G-bombs into my diet and I am feeling much better.
