Spicy Pickled Quail Eggs

Delicious high quality pickles. Spicy quail eggs especially good with french bread, light cheese and a sardine or prosciutto

A wonderful pickled egg with a kick!!

These eggs really do give you a big surprise! Start out a bit creamy with that nice salty hit, then quickly follows up with an uppercut of vinegar, then finishes you off with a potent backhand of heat... and after you're only able to ask 'Can I have some more please?' I'm a glutton fit punishment I suppose. I paired these with the Cajun pickled garlic and the jalapeño slices all on a toothpick together and it was delicious.

I had never had pickled eggs, but love quail eggs so I gave these a try! Oh, my goodness…,soo tasty and enjoyed the jalapeños in the jar too. What a great find!
