Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pretty darn good for a gluten free cookie.

These cookies are very good, they held up well during shipping and freeze and thaw out like a dream. Now as a person who is used to having gluten, I can tell the difference in the dough, it's a bit more gritty than your average cookie dough. There's a certain "doughiness and chew" that a regular cookie has that I love that's missing here in my opinion, but they still tastes amazing. You have to be careful about warming it up too much or it does seem to break down too easily and fall apart. I would definitely consider buying again. Would love if you guys came out with a sugar or snickerdoodle cookie, that's my husband and I's favorite cookie!

Total disappointment. Unfortunately, these did not hold up well during shipping in the heat. When they arrived, they were completely melted, leaving the packaging wet from melted chocolate and oil. In terms of texture, they were nothing like a cookie. Instead, they had the consistency of a soft blob of batter rather than a baked cookie. I was really looking forward to trying them, but the overall quality and condition upon arrival were very disappointing.

Oats for fiber

Not happy with low Protein count. Really 4 stars but didn’t allow change. Sugar too high for such low protein!
