Hard to contain my excitement after pulling it out of the sleeve. I love the feel of it when having to do things that involve grip like back shoulders and especially dead lifts, which was the main reason I need this one. The center knurl is something to get used to but it is quite useful for things like rows. It is a must own!!!

Nice Bar

This bar replaced a generic, cheap bar that I ended up bending. So far, I’ve used this bar for squats, presses, shrugs, and RDLs. Overall, it feels great so far. The bushings are top-notch and keep the weight from spinning around (see video). I can confirm the slight uneven knurling as another review pointed out; the knurling on the edge of the center knurl is a little sharper than the rest, but not a dealbreaker. Otherwise, it’s a nice medium knurl. Didn’t expect the lifting straps to be tossed in! Nice touch. Shipping was also shockingly fast. Overall I’m happy with it, especially at this price—Kind of hard to beat. There isn’t another bar out there with these specs at this price point.
