Everything came melted, there's no attempt at ice packs or temperature control for summer shipping? Everything except the biscuits were ruined. The shipping partner used a young kid, with no professional affiliation and an ummarked car to deliver my package. On the first "attempt" he did not call or knock and noted "failed delivery." I left notes by the door and he finally knocks and delivers at 9 pm the next night.
Shipping was a mess and as most of my order was chocolates or gummy, I opened up a box of melted goo.
Super disappointing.
