Thank you so much. These are some of the most wonderful sweets I've ever tasted. They didn't last long, so I will need to try some more! My dad grew up on an apple orchard in Wapato, WA, and I thought he'd like this taste of home as a birthday treat (I organized a package to be delivered through 'Stackry' to Brisbane, Australia, where we've lived for many years). All of the ingredients really shine through, and it's been a great pleasure to discover your farm and treat shop, even from afar. They really do taste like my grandmother's pies.
