It is so easy to add not only sweetness, but FLAVOR - maple flavor at that! I can add some in recipes, in drinks, on cereal, toast, you name it - I not only get just the amount of sweetness I like, but I also get a warm and exciting maple flavor. Fabulous Flavor

This is the 2nd bulk purchase of maple sugar. Compared to elsewhere, this is a very excellent price. Plus you know it's the real thing. I've been substituting maple sugar in lieu of white sugar in my baked sweet goods. And yesterday I substituted maple sugar when making vanilla ice-cream. The texture was not changed and the flavor was a delicious mild maple taste. It was a winner. So far all their products have been winners.

All the products from this company are terrific. From the syrup on pancakes and waffles to the sugar that we sprinkle on toast or cookies, everything is delicious and fresh. You can tell they care about their products. Highly recommend!!
