identical to authentic HM part, but...

This kit does appear identical to the official HM part, so no complaints there. My issue is similar to other complaints that the support itself is actually too low on the back. I'm also not crazy about the cable running through the mesh, and am a little concerned how that might hold up over time. TBH, I'm kinda wishing i got a remastered aeron instead of the classic. But that's no reflection on this product. If you like the HM posturefit, then you'll like this kit from OLS.

Exactly what I wanted

No hassle ordering process, reasonable shipping time and easy installation. I had the lumbar pad and it just wasn’t working for me. This gives good support right at the base of my back where I need it. Good product at a competitive price.

Wish it propped up a little higher.

Decent product. I believe I paid $50. It doesn’t help me a ton as I probably should be using a size C chair. I do wish it sat just a little higher on my back for the pressure. But overall I think a solid addition if your chair didn’t come with added back support. Idk if I’d buy again knowing how little benefit I’m getting. Like I said, no knock on the product, I should just be in a size C chair.
